Students Ian Hill and Mateo Rendón submitted the IDFBCAMQ design for tapeout on a 12nm Global Foundries FinFET technology node. This marks the second tapeout completely designed by students in the Ivanov Lab. It includes novel and improved sensor designs for testing reliability and breakdown effects in novel transistors.
